NAVIS NAVDP DYNAMIC POSITIONING CONTROL SYSTEM UPGRADE COMPLETED ON DANTZIG AT CAMGSA
Navis Engineering Oy has successfully completed a dynamic positioning (DP) control system upgrade onboard the vessel Dantzig, delivered in close collaboration with Proesa Electronica at CAMGSA shipyard.
The project involved the installation of the Navis NavDP dynamic positioning control system, designed to enhance vessel control, operational safety, and positioning accuracy in demanding maritime environments.
Advanced DP System Integration with Manual Controls
In addition to a standard DP upgrade, the project included the integration of manual control systems into a unified communication network. This customized engineering solution enables seamless interaction between dynamic positioning (DP) and manual vessel control, tailored specifically to the vessel’s configuration.
